This Statement only applies to 4Disaster, Inc. (“4Disaster”). This Statement does not apply to distributors or affiliated entities of 4Disaster, Inc.
The Personal Information We Collect
We collect only the Personal Information (“Information”) that you voluntarily provide to us or that is given to us by affiliated entities or third parties that have your permission to share your Information with us. “Personal Information” includes your name, billing address, shipping and/or mailing address if goods are to be shipped or mailed to you, home telephone number, e-mail address, and credit or debit card account number.

We use your Information to respond to and fulfill your requests for 4Disaster products and services, and to market our products and services, which might include:

The Personal Information We Share and Who We Share It With
4Disaster does not rent or sell its e-mail address lists.

For example, if you purchase something from 4Disaster.com through the link provided at the authorize.net site, we will disclose the authorize.net number and the dollar amount of the purchase made to authorize.net.
Under certain agreements with other Web sites that link to 4Disaster, we might share your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and the dollar amount of purchases made if you accessed our Web site through such links.
When you contact us via e-mail or when you use the Email-A-Friend feature, we do not reveal the e-mail addresses you provide to us. We assume when you use the Email-A-Friend feature that you have the authority or consent of the recipient of your message to provide us with his or her e-mail address for the purpose of sending the message and any attached information.
We use a third-party analytics service to help us gather and analyze data about our customers; the details we share with that service provider consist of a customer ID number, an e-mail address, and the city, province, and postal code to enable the third-party company to conduct its analysis.
The companies with which we share Personal Information are contractually prohibited from using the information obtained from 4Disaster for any purpose other than that for which it was provided, and all such companies are required to have appropriate safeguards in place to protect that information. How We Strive to Protect Personal Information
4Disaster has implemented a variety of encryption and security technologies and procedures to protect information stored in our computer systems from unauthorized access. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not currently accept Pay Pal or COD as a method of payment or prepayment. We reserve the right to request a deposit on all custom or custom imprinted products. Custom products include any such item that does not appear as standard in our catalog, parts that have been printed on or parts that have been modified in any way, at customer’s request. 4Disaster, Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, whatever, express or implied; and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, for a particular purpose, is hereby disclaimed by 4Disaster, Inc.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via FedEx, US Postal Service (USPS) and or UPS with all shipping charges added to invoiced amount. Unless otherwise specified, we will choose the shipping carrier.
Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon the prompt receipt of all necessary information.
Some restrictions apply.
- 1 and 2 Day shipments must provide a street address, as the carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
- Some items require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity ordered. These charges will usually be reflected on your order total during checkout.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for orders shipping standard to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Most backordered items will ship USPS or FedEx. While we endeavor to meet your delivery requirements, 4Disaster, Inc. accepts no responsibility for delays of any kind, whatsoever.
Order Tracking
All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers on packages shipped via Priority Mail may take 1-2 business days from the date the package was shipped before they are activated. Standard delivery time for most orders is 3-6 business days.

Note: We do apologize but at this time we are unable to provide tracking numbers for packages shipped via Canadian carriers.
Drop-Shipments & Handling Charges
An additional $6.00 handling charge, per location, is added to any order of two (2) or more locations. An additional handling charge may also be applied for any special packaging requirements, which are requested by the customer.
Damage
If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, accept it and reply to us immediately. Request instructions form the carrier and notify 4Disaster, Inc. immediately of any hidden damage. Damage claims to 4Disaster, Inc. must be made within 7 working days of receipt.
Cancellations and Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. 4Disaster, Inc. offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased online, you may return it to us within a period of 30 days from shipping date of order. After 30 days from the purchase date, a 25% restocking charge will be applied. Please call 888-893-3012 for return approval.

Samples
We are sorry, but samples are not available at this time. However, we do offer a smaller kit that can be purchased for this purpose.
