How do I calculate shipping charges from 4Disaster to my location?
When items are added to the shopping cart, our website will provide the shipping charge without any commitment to the order.
I am a local customer. Can I come by and pick up my order to save on freight?
We do not a have a showroom or a retail outlet. 4Disaster, Inc. is a national distributor of our own products. All items are shipped from our 6,000 square foot facility in Chino Hills, CA.
Can I get expedited shipping regarding a new order?
4Disaster, Inc. does not ship "Rush" orders due to the high cost of freight from FED-EX and UPS. We cannot GUARANTEE that items purchased with a rush will make it to your location in time.
Can you offer terms in opposed to credit cards?
We do not offer any credit terms at this time.
Can I use my UPS or Fed-Ex account number to have my order shipped?
4Disaster.com uses Fed-Ex and sometimes UPS. We offer pre-pay and add the freight for your convenience. Should you incur damages, lost or non-delivered items it is easier for us to file claims.
What if I need to return merchandise that was purchased from WWW.4Disaster.com?
We will accept returns of merchandise provided the items are unused and in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to 4Disaster, INC. Orders older than 30 days are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service department 888-893-3012 or email sales@4disaster.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number for all returns within 30 days.

I don't have a credit card nor do I want to order through the secure website, Can I mail in my check for an order?
Yes, add items to the shopping cart, calculate the shipping charge by entering your zip code into the blank box. Calculate the shipping and tax if applicable email your request to sales@4disaster.com and we will send you an order form. Once we receive the information we will contact you to arrange payments.
